COLLEGE & CAREER ACCESS
Education is the foundation of our work so it is imperative that we ensure that the students within our community have access to the knowledge and resources that they need to obtain a postsecondary education and a successful career.

BLU Educational Foundation's College & Career Access programming centers around our College Exodus Project program. BLU's other college & career access programming includes our Hustle & Flow career preparation curriculum, our various high school internship programs, and our Exodus to Health Professions and Black Educator Pipeline programs.

We believe that all students in the Inland Empire should have the opportunity to obtain college degrees and that our programs help prepare students to be successful in college and in their future careers.
COLLEGE EXODUS
PROJECT
The mission of the College Exodus Project (CEP) is to assist students in obtaining undergraduate or graduate degrees from accredited colleges and universities, with the intent that they contribute to the Inland Empire economy through entrepreneurship, employment, and/or volunteer service.
Students in our College Exodus Project Scholars Program are assigned advisors that offer 1:1 college and career advising throughout high school to and through completing their college degree.
HUSTLE & FLOW
ACADEMY
The goal of the Hustle & Flow Academy is to provide students and community members with the necessary skills and materials to begin work on their college portfolio and/or to build a stronger resume for their future careers.
There are two larger goals: (1) the development of career readiness and (2) the development of leadership skills that makes one more marketable and unique in a competitive job market.

INTERNSHIP
PROGRAMS
BLU Educational Foundation facilities multiple internship programs. These include our BLU Print Internship, our Public Policy & Advocacy Internship, and the BLU Educational Foundation Internship.

Whether it be supporting BLU's core programming, advocating for policies that affect students, or gaining experience in thriving industries in the Inland Empire, students in BLU's internship programs walk away with valuable skills for success in their future careers.
