Black Educator Pipeline

The purpose of this program is to increase number of Black educators, Pre-K through college, in the Inland Empire.


We want to inform and encourage students and the community of the promising opportunities in the education profession.  While supporting students from high school through college graduation, and into the profession to ensure career success

Every 3rd Saturday at 10am

College Exodus to Health Professions Info Session

An exciting 10 month program giving Black high school students the opportunity to learn more about various health professions and what is required along the journey.

Run Sistah Run!

Join us for the Run Sistah Run Meet & Greet and Reception happening on Oct 8th @ 6 pm via Zoom. This event will highlight the African American women running for public office across the Inland Empire while also encouraging other Black women to run for public office.


Black women are the fastest growing voting block in the United States, and we must be represented in positions of power. Please register for the event and meet the Inland Empire candidates:

Training designed to support Black leaders interested in running for a public office or appointment to a public commission or board

SOL Brothers

Training young African American Men to exercise their leadership abilities while building their character and making them aware of the issues affecting themselves and their community

Soul Sisters Leadership Academy

Event designed to expose young African American women to Black Women's history and cultural identity while training them how to become better leaders in their schools and communities

Black History Camp

A summer program that gives middle schoolers the opportunity to learn more about their history and heritage

CEP Scholarship Ceremony

A night where we celebrate the accomplishments of our College Exodus Project students and announce our scholarship recipients for that year

Palm Springs Black History Parade

BLU attends Palm Springs Black History Parade every year to reach out to the community and provide resources ranging from education and this past year regarding the Census

Rialto Backpack Giveaway

BLU had the opportunity to serve at a backpack giveaway in Rialto where students were able to receive new backpacks for the upcoming school year!
